1. Nature of Products

All products sold on this website are supplied strictly as research materials.

Products are:

  • Not approved medicines in New Zealand

  • Not evaluated by Medsafe for safety, quality, or efficacy

  • Not intended for therapeutic, diagnostic, or clinical use

Products must not be represented, used, or relied upon as medicines under the Medicines Act 1981.

2. Strict Research Use Only

All products are sold under the express condition:

FOR LABORATORY RESEARCH USE ONLY

Products must not be used for:

  • Animal or veterinary use

  • Medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic purposes

  • Clinical trials without proper regulatory approval

Any other use may constitute a breach of New Zealand law.

3. Buyer Qualification
